This is a striking life-size tree sculpture, centred around an umbrella-shaped dome, which seamlessly blends the vitality of natural trees with modern metalwork. The Big Garden Sculpture takes the tree canopy as its design inspiration, abstracting the canopy into a translucent dome-like structure; the metal lattice, resembling the veins of a leaf, serves both as a visual focal point and as a canvas for light and shadow. As a life-size tree sculpture, it faithfully reproduces the tree’s expansive form while reconstructing its texture through a precise, vascular-like network of openwork.
